It is a renovated apartment with new floors and carpet from when we moved in, in April 2016. Washer and dryer in the unit! Which is why we moved here. It is furnished with great natural lighting in the front living room. Rent will be $779 and this includes free internet and free water. You must pay your cable, electricity. There is no gas bill as it is an electric stove. 1 parking space included. Located near Michigan & Vine, property managed by CPM. You will also be responsible for the sewage and trash fee which is approximately $90year, and I will prorate it to the exact amount of time you are living in the apartment. You only share one wall with neighbors who are very quiet and respectful. There is a great pool available for use in the summer. Please contact me if interested. Since I will be moving back into this apartment next year, please, clean tenants only. Sorry, no pets allowed as this is a pet free building. Also, no smoking in the apartment. Each applicant for the apartment must pass a background check by CPM which is $20 per applicant. It is a gorgeous apartment, an apartment that typically has a 1-2 year wait list. My husband is conducting field work abroad, so we need to find subleasers while we are gone. Thank you. Tenant must pass CPM background/credit check.
