Available Oct 1st. Caretaker needed: We are looking for a caretaker for a chiropractic office. This is a 2-bed unit attached to the office. The unit can be fully furnished or tenant can bring their own furniture. All utilities are included in the rent. We are looking for someone to basically monitor the building after hours and keep trash picked up outside. Since this unit is attached to a business, there is no yard, but one parking space in the back which is in the garage. This is on a busy corner in St. Paul as well, convenient to shops and restaurants. We are looking to have a new tenant move in October 1st. The work is not hard- we just need someone there making sure no one is disturbing the building after-hours, plus occasionally helping shovel. Deposit is the same as one month rent.
