The Application Fee is: $35 Showings are setup by appointment as there is no office on site. The Address is: Quincy Apartments 506 Quincy Avenue Fort pierce, FL 34950 D2, B4 and D4 (ground floor) Rent is $1000 with the on-time payment discount of $50. Rent will increase to $1050 if paid after the 1st of the month. Internet can be setup with FPUA, Verizon or ATT. Security deposit: $1900 Move in total: $2925 (including app fee) Square Footage of unit is: 600 sq. ft Size: One bedroom, one bath (we dont not have any larger units) NO PET POLICY strictly enforced NO ANIMALS NO Smoking inside the apartment Water & Sewer included 2 miles from IRSC 2 miles from Lawnwood Hospital Closet Utility room Kitchen On-site parking Central A/C & Heat Laundromat across the street 1- There is a 2 person maximum: All tenants must be listed on the lease and be approved by management. No moving in people without background checks and listed on the lease. 2- The Orange Avenue Post office supplies the mailbox key and a deposit and a signed lease is required to get that key. For you to-do: 1- Once you've looked at the unit and like the facilities an application link can be emailed to you. 2- You will need to establish proof of ability to pay the rent on your application and in the form of pay stubs or a history of bank deposits.
