Only downside was the busy street would get a bit noisy but nothing that wasn't expected. We even forgot a remote control and Rachel did us a solid by mailing it back to us. Above and beyond! The kitchen is well stocked with excellent quality goods. If you like a very firm bed its perfect. All tents in building are her Airbnb guests so that made it nice.. parking is a little tight in the back we drive a large truck but you can always find parking on the street.
