Imelda rains backed up water into this part of the subdivision, drainage ditch was in the process of being rebuild which is believed to be the reason for this flooding. Prior to Imelda no flooding ever in this house, even during Harvey. The house needs a lot of work and possibly some slab corrections, see Foundation Report. This can be a very nice house with beautiful yard after it is renovated. Bring offers from investors and do-it-yourselfers.
