It has a finish quality equal to a home in La Jolla. The walls were plastered to a level 5 finish and painted with a lacquer like white paint, which is smooth to the touch. The floors are maple laminate. It comes with one parking spot in the alley directly out the door. NO PETS (PLEASE DON'T ASK) NO SMOKERS The most stylish and exacting furniture maker did the black walnut doors in the kitchen, which also features stainless appliances, white quartz counter and stainless undermount sink. The bathroom is brand new, with gorgeous, expensive tile, cool vanity and fixtures. All the door handles are brushed nickel. The windows are all brand new, double paned to resist plane noise and low-e to keep the place cool. The front door has a full length glass panel with internal blind. The master bedroom is humongous and has two closets and lots of light. The 2nd bedroom is also large and has a sliding glass door (with internal blinds) to a small private patio. There is a coin operated laundry room in the building and a laundromat on the corner. NO PETS or SMOKERS Please don't ask We have taken great care to only rent to exceptionally nice people, who will be good neighbors, unlike many buildings by the beach, where landlords will rent to methy mouthed, urine soaked smokers with pit bulls. This is probably the nicest apartment in Ocean Beach, and certainly the best finished. If you are looking for a cheap place by the beach this isn't it. If you are tired of looking at depressing, popcorn ceilings, worn shag carpets and home depot kitchens, then you have found nirvana. Renter pays own utilities including $85 water.
