Looking to relet our 2 bedroom Ravenswood apartment. Lease would go from 7/1/16 though 3/31/17, with the ability to renew for a 12 month lease after that. Heat is included. Resident pays gas and electricity. Cats are ok (up to 2) - there is an annual $200 fee per cat. There is a $50 application fee person (max 2 people can be on the lease). There's no deposit. If you sign a lease, there is $350 admin fee (the application fee goes towards that). I WILL COVER THE REST OF THIS FEE (up to $600) when the lease is signed. Updated kitchen, sun room with lots of natural light, big master bedroom, hardwood floors, laundry on-site, 1/2 mile from CTA and Metra.
