The house also includes washer/dryer, a small backyard, rehearsal space, and Tool shed. Must sign lease that would go until 7/31/21 with an option to renew for the new year. It is a nice quiet community about 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. COVID tested and results negative. Also we both are in a band and will regularly practice multiple times a week.
