The house is very energy efficient! Global Contractors removed all asphalt-roofing materials in 2015. They installed ice shield and underlayment for a fifty-year or lifetime steel roof. Global Contractors installed oversize rain gutters, downspouts and gutter covers in 2015. The Riverline train, with access to Camden/Philadelphia and Trenton to New York City, is within a short walk. Ample parking is also available. The Brahma Kumaris Meditation Center is within walking distance and offers a respite from the everyday world. Ample restaurants and shopping and major roadways are within a short drive!
