It is super spacious, and there is an extra bonus space right at the entry way which would be perfect for an office space. There is only one apartment underneath this unit, it is not in a complex of apartments. It is walking distance to Radford University and to the public transit. Tenant pays for all utilities. There is no smoking in any of our units. There is plenty of parking but it is shared with the downstairs neighbors. The lease is for one year and we only allow two animals per household
