The shared common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space with several tables, and a comfortable living room with multiple areas to gather or have your own cozy corner. There is also a large covered deck with a gas grill and a large yard! Shared home so everyone is respectful and courteous. No smoking on the property. No pets. One parking space per room.
