The Mid Century room is available for rent starting the middle of September through June 2027. We offer a minimum stay of 30 days up to the full 9 months. This home was designed for shared community living. Each bedroom has its own private en suite bathroom. This room has a coffee bar including a wet sink and extra large bathroom. The bedroom is fully furnished including a king bed, nightstands, a desk, and a large TV. Rent includes all utilities including water, electricity, heating, snow removal, and high-speed internet. The home also features two washers and dryers available for free. The shared common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space with several tables, and a comfortable living room with multiple areas to gather or have your own cozy corner. There is also a large covered deck with a gas grill and a large yard! Shared home so everyone is respectful and courteous. No smoking on the property. No pets. One parking space per room.
