Two bedroom, 1 bath, 2nd floor apartment provided with washer/dryer hookups, garbage disposal, AC units, cat-friendly, no smoking. I'm looking for someone(s) to sublease my apartment after I graduate in December (you are not required to be a student). The apartment will be ready January 1st, 2020 and the lease ends June 30th, 2020. I am requesting only half of the original security deposit. Apartment is cat friendly. If you bring a cat(s) I have already covered the non-refundable pet deposit. Tenant pays water, electric, and gas.
