In 2020 we completed a total exterior envelope renewal with all new siding, decks, new elevator, exterior doors, and windows. We are currently completing the new gated entry and landscaping. Unfortunately, I don't believe the Zillow Zestimates account for these factors. The Beachcomber is a licensed short-term Vacation rental / VRBO, AirBnB with an established clientele. There are a limited number of these licenses in the city and no additional ones are being issued.
