Handyman Special!!! This beautiful older manufactured home is located in a very nice and very active 55 plus community. It seems like something is always going on here. Shuffle board, cards, swimming in the heated pool or a little work out in the small weight room. There are gates at the entrance that are closed at night time for extra security, you must have an opener to get in and there are cameras to see who comes in and out. It will need some rehabbing, there are a few soft spots in the floors, the carpet must be replaced, it has old paneling and there is some water damage and old termite damage. I had it treated a couple years back with a residual product that kills them. I am offering it at a super price. I know it needs some work but it has nice bones. It is a double wide and some extra storage. It has a new wall unit AC and some minor electrical upgrades. The photos are old photos from when I bought it a few years ago.
