Looking for a male roommate for my house. House is located near Anderson County High school and Walmart in Clinton. Its in a peaceful location with an incredible view on the back porch. Looking for a responsible person in their 20/30s to be my roommate. Looking for someone I might vibe with, trying to see who's out there. I'm a Christian. I don't smoke. Smoking is prohibited. $900/mo Utilities (included) Includes usage of: Basically the whole house. WiFi Kitchen Laundry: Washer and dryer Dining area (one upstairs, one downstairs as well) Upstairs living room and finished basement living area with 65" TV Attached garage (by permission of homeowner) Outdoor areas: front porch and back patio Private bathroom Bedroom (12'3" x 9'3") w/ Closet No smoking. Utilities are included. I take care of trash and WiFi as well. The house is in awesome condition with a phenomenal heat & air system. I have a golden retriever that I take care of and keep out of trouble. I prefer to not have another pet in the house because the house is very new and well maintained. Overnight stays from guests are fine, but they cannot be extended stays. You will get access to the whole house excluding only a few rooms that are the homeowners private residence and the third bedroom. You may use the garage, but need to get my permission before using the garage or storing anything in there. There is a really nice finished basement area with a 65 inch TV big couch, dining room table and gas fireplace. This space is great for entertaining. I also pay for some streaming services that you're free to use as well. This will not be a traditional lease, but rather a roommate agreement that we will both sign.
