The home is very lovely and has been kept up with original hardwood floors and gorgeous built-in details. Mature citrus trees in the backyard. Plenty of parking in the carport for 3 cars and ample street parking in the neighborhood. This property is for rent on a MONTH BY MONTH basis and we are looking for short term renters. Renter pays all utilities (gas, electric, internet, and water). No animals please. No access to garage on site. Property comes with once a week gardener.
