I am renting out one furnished private room and a shared bathroom in our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in the Rosemont area of North Orlando. It's $850/mo for a single occupant or $1100/mo for two people. (Two other rooms also available: $800/mo for unfurnished room with shared bathroom. $1200/mo for furnished master suite with private bathroom.) That's with all utilities included (water, electric, internet, security, lawn care, pest control) and you have your own fridge in your room. (Willing to do 800/mo if you help with lawn care.) Just a short drive to all the amazing opportunities Central Florida has to offer (15 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Winter Park, 11 miles to Universal ~25-30 minutes, 26 miles to Disney ~35 to 45 minutes, 58 miles to New Smyrna Beach ~1hr 10 minutes). Your private room has a queen sized bed, your own private fridge, two night stands with lamps, a ceiling fan, a large dresser with mirror, and a nice walk-in closet. (If you have your own furniture we can move ours out to make room for yours, or if you need a desk as opposed to a dresser or chest of drawers, we can swap that out.) The home features fiber optic high speed internet and a Vivint security system. The shared bathroom has a dual shower head with a magnetic wand and a lovely granite vanity. The home has a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, easy close cabinets with slide out shelving, and granite counter tops. I also have numerous cooking appliances you can use, as long as you clean them and put them away when you're done using them. The living room has a wood fireplace, a nice 65 inch TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, Peacock, etc., but the best part about the living room is the massage chair. So relaxing. The property is on a quarter acre, and I love to garden, so there are fresh herbs for cooking and the occasional vegetable. I'm allergic to cigarettes and I have asthma, so this is a very, very non-smoking property. It is a quiet neighborhood with good neighbors. Pets are limited to rabbits, turtles, or snakes. Approval is case by case. No other types of pets are allowed. No smoking. Due to allergies, most pets off limits. (Rabbits, turtles, and snakes upon approval) Off-street parking available for one vehicle. $850/mo furnished room with shared bathroom is for single occupancy, it would be $1100/mo for two people. 12-month lease but there is a 60 day trial period to ensure we are a good fit. After the 60 day trial period, if you break the lease there is a $500 fee and you forfeit your deposit and last month's rent. Funds needed to move in are 1st month, last month, and security deposit. Background check and proof of income required as well. Keep your room and common areas clean and orderly. There is a $50 fee if you lose your room key. First month will be prorated if you move in on a day other than the 1st.
