Our unit has living area on the bottom floor and upstairs sleeping with 2 master suites. A half bath is located downstairs next to the laundry closet. Located in the first come first serve parking lot, we have a single car garage included as well. This part of p.b. has resturants, bars, a grocery store, tourmaline surf park and all kinds of stores, all very walkable from our unit. As a side note, the move in date is flexible from the middle of May to June 1st. Water is included with rent. All other ultities are not. Parking is free, however not guaranteed, as it's a first come first get. There are 17 units in this complex and only 11 parking spots. Townhouse is rented unfurnished.
