A great snowbird getaway or permanent home! we have lived here for 15 years and have enjoyed every one, but we are heading back north to be with family. this is a 12x55 mobile home converted to permanent dwelling after addition. on one side of home there is a 14x30 master bdrm. and living rm. with woodstove. on the opposite side we added a screened in Fl. rm. and an office. the view from the Fl. rm. onto the 2 1/2 acre pond stocked with fish is beautiful anytime of the day. the pond is connected to the Tsala Popka chain of lakes and rises and falls according to the lakes. there are lots of mature pines and oaks for shade and abundant wildlife for photographing. there are 2 outbuildings and a second 14x60 mobile home we have been using for storage, but with some TLC could become an in law home. the 1st bldg. is 8x10 and is for storage and is the well house. the 2nd is a 12x14 workshop with loft and a 12x14 lean to for extra storage and parking. there are 2 metal framed canopies(both need new canopies). the 1st one is 12x20 and is where we park our car. the 2nd is 13x28 and is where we park the tractors. there is a persimmon orchard producing yearly and a grape vinard also producing and there is a vegetable garden, but that has overgrown a bit but can be recovered. Both orchards and garden are irrigated. Worth mentioning, there are 8 spigots around the property for your watering needs. Visible is our many years of collecting, this will all be cleaned up before closing. also the home and outbuildings will be pressure washed this week. The property is mostly fenced and there is a gated entrance we share with our only close neighbor. this property borders a state forest controlled by SWIFTMUD.
