Spanish speaking landlord's, Spanish speaker preferred. House has an additional storage rooms both outside and inside. Home is on where there are two homes but this home is fenced off giving privacy and still a large amount of yard. Owners live in the second home and own small dogs but they are unable to cross to the other home. We allow pets, do not recommend outdoor cats. Preferably other small dogs, we have had bad past experiences with renters with large dogs and only allow if that size if they are trained or extremely calm. Tiene un cuarto afura para guardar cosas y andentro tambien. Casa esta en propiedad compartida pero si tiene privacidad y cerca. Renteros tienen perros chicos pero no se present meter a la propieda. Dejamos animales pero si tienen gatos de afuera no los recomendamos. Peros chicos son preferidos por problemas con perros grandes de otro renteros y solo son aceptados si estan entrenados o calmados.
