No unpaid utility bills (water, gas, sewer, electric, etc.) NO RENTAL ASSISTANCE OF ANY FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED - THIS INCLUDES HOUSING VOUCHERS. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities, pest control, and trash. The application fee is a nonrefundable $85 per person. Each person 18 or older interested in living in the rental must submit a separate application with separate contact information (email/phone number) ALL animals and pets are required to be listed on your original application. All information provided in the application(s) must be true, complete, and verifiable. Verification may be conducted through any lawful screening method available to us, not solely on the information supplied by the applicant. Submitting false, misleading, or unverifiable information, including, but not limited to incorrect/false contact information, is grounds for denial. Once an application is placed, it will not be refunded. All applications are nonrefundable.
