Our house is walking distance to Village Christian Academy and a little over a mile away from Fayetteville Academy (screen shot of the local schools in the pictures), our house is close to downtown Fayetteville and a 7 minute drive to Fort Bragg's main gate. The 4th bedroom/bathroom is under renovation and should be completed by 1 September2022. We are flexible on the lease term (year or less) and are also open to renting out just a room or two. Renters responsible for water, trash, electric, gas, and cable/internet. House rents with a baby grand piano. 4th bedroom/bonus room's bathroom is under renovation and will be completed by 1 September. Room is still usable. Rent will be adjusted to compensate. House was in process of updates when owners had to relocate. Closets have temporary clothes racks rather than built in shelving. Washer/dryer not included. Additional non refundable pet fee of $500.00 due at move in.
