To view our homes, please answer the requirements we have for leasing our properties. Once we confirm that you can provide the following information, we will schedule a viewing time for you. Please let us know how many adults and children will be living in the home. Where the adults are employed and for how long. Must have: 3 months of utility bills 6 months of pay stubs 3 months of bank statements Landlord references if leasing And you will need to make 3 times the amount of rent monthly We allow two pets per household with fees. Please ask the office. Anyone 18 years of age will need a background check once they qualify for the home. You can pick one up at the office, or you can do it on Zillow, where our homes are listed. Our homes do not come with appliances, and utilities are not included in our rentals A credit score of 650 or higher is needed. If your score is lower, we will ask for an explanation. This rental home is a one year lease. Renter is responsible for gas,electric, water and sewage. Two pets per household with fees please ask the office.
