There is a nice size balcony that one can sit and enjoy the harbor view. Hard wood floors throughout the house, About The Area 15 min walking distance to the beach, Arana Gulch, the Crow's Nest, Harbor Cafe, Johnny's, Aldo's, and other restaurants and beach side amenities. 1.8 miles to the Dominican Hospital, 1.2 miles to Palo Alto Medical Foundation, and 5.7 miles to UCSC. Less than 10 minutes drive to Down town Santa Cruz, Capitola, and the Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz. Tenant qualification: Looking for a professional, (Or a student with parents to cosign) quiet, responsible, not heavy drinker, tenant who pays rent on time with a minimum credit score of 700. Loud music, instrument player, smoking of any kind in and around the property or heavy drinking are not permitted. No pets.
