Also right behind the City Market is an awesome bar/grill called Wrigley's. Many long trails to walk on and lots of near-by Pickleball/tennis courts. Plenty to do while you're staying here. If long-term (1yr lease) - $2400; Short-term lease (3-6 months). Renter pays all utilities for either short-term or long-term lease. For short-term lease, the utility bills will remain being sent to home so there's no need for you to set up utilities in your name. Renter will just pay the utility bills. Pet deposit is $400 (non-refundable). No smoking allowed (including vaping). Pet Depot: $400 for a year lease; $200 for a 3-6mo lease
