Very nice. Newly Remodeled. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath. New paint inside and out. New flooring, new light fixtures. Located at the corner of a very nice block where ever house is nicely kept and quiet. Less than 5 minutes from downtown Morrilton and less than 10 minutes from dining and shopping options of Morrilton. Less that 10 minutes from Interstate 40 which comes through the city and gives easy access to out of town travel. The beautiful Petit Jean Mountain is approximately a 15 minute drive and a lovely place to visit often. No smoking is allowed. No pets. I am going to be very picky as to whom I rent to and I will inspect this property frequently. I will not tolerate non-payment and that's a quick way to terminate your lease. There will be a late payment of $10 a day applied for any late payment. Any yardwork will be the tenants responsibility. I do respond quickly to necessary repairs and I'm very easy to deal with. I just want the property taken very good care of and payment with no problems.
