This first-floor, fully furnished cottage features two bedrooms and one full bathroom, comfortably accommodating four guests. The house includes a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin-sized beds, sharing a hallway bathroom equipped with a shower-bathtub combination. Enjoy the cozy living room with a comfortable couch and a large smart TV with cable, and stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout the cottage. The kitchen overlooks the living area and features a kitchen bar area with four stools, a cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. Private parking for two vehicles is available directly out front. The cottage's kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, china, and glassware for four people, making it perfect for cooking and catching up with one another. A large shaded back deck with a picnic table allows for additional dining for your group of four to enjoy. This is a shared space with the upstairs unit. Complimentary shampoos, shower essentials, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience, along with bed linens, four towel sets, and a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. Pets are considered for a fee of $100, and we require all pets to receive their flea and tick medication regularly. Crates are preferred when you are out and about, and heavily shedding pups should be kept off the furniture. The backyard is not fully enclosed, so pets should be kept on a leash at all times. Beach equipment and bikes are not included, but concierge rentals are available and will be delivered to the house and picked up upon departure. Baby equipment rentals are also offered for your convenience. Located just three walking blocks from the beach and boardwalk, this home is central to stores, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, farmers markets, gyms, and is within walking distance to the Convention Center and the new Sports Center. No early check-in or late check-out is allowed during the peak summer season from May through September. For stays longer than two weeks, guests are responsible for providing their own bed sheets and bath towels as our linen rental company cannot cover this duration of time. Short-term rentals will be provided with bed sheets and bath towels. The property allows a maximum of four people at any given time according to city mandates.
