Great corner location at building with no other unit above you. Fantastic corner views from balcony. Laminate flooring through out unit with ceramic tile flooring in kitchen and bathrooms. The cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms were changed out four years ago. The hot water heater is 3 years old. All appliances work great and do convey. Freshly painted interior. As a father the most important thing for my daughter is safety, and this is by far the best option. Privacy of your condo, closer to class than most dorms, walking distance to class, secured parking garage (two spaces). Condo not on ground floor.
