One room available for rent! Any students (undergrad or grad) are welcome, and it is only a 6 minute drive from campus. The price including all utilities is currently $700. One room will be available starting at the beginning of Summer 26'. The other three roommates are all undergraduate students in engineering in different disciplines, including myself and one girl and one guy. We are very open and accepting, including couples if interested. Utilities, heating, and trash are all included, there is a 2 car garage open for use with an electric car charger, as well as space for 4 more cars in the driveway in addition to street parking. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly! Groceries are mostly covered as well, and the kitchen is fully stocked and free to use whenever. The rooms have a window and a closet and will come empty.
