Split AC unit in the living room. Room #4 is 185 square feet and has its own bathroom. All room mates are females in their 20s and 30s working. No pets due to shared living arrangements / roomies with allergies. All rooms are single occupancy only, no exceptions due to having to share resources (kitchen, washer/dryer, parking, etc.). So there will be a max of 4 tenants in the house.
