This is a Craftsman Victorian House, more photos will be coming. It's an old house built with Redwood, and it is very strong, and due to Covid, we were very careful and took advantage of sometime and renovated. We wanted to take the old house, and bring it into the new millennia by adding AC outlets with USB as well as keyless entry with electronic locking system which is NOT connected to any kind of network due to security. You don't need keys just codes and instead of using keys you can allow your friends and family have temporary keys until they are expired. We have added remote controlled Ceiling fans with dimming features on all three.. Kitchen, Living room and your bedroom. Also there is a ceiling mounted Enterprise Grade ceiling mount Aruba AP-135 Access point by HP. We also have very strong access points all over the house as we mentioned. We get 550 Mbps, but with Aruba Enterprise Security Features, you will lose some bandwidth. If you are intersted in these security features that come with Aruba access points, please Ask R and R and they will answer any questions you may have. We put in a Split System Cooling and Heating and although that unit may look small, it will keep you cool and warm. We have installed all new ceiling fans and one in the bedroom has a smart bulb, in which you can do many things like dimming timing and of course changing of the various colors. The Fan in the Living room is the most expensive and has a remote for both the fan and the LED light dimming capability. It can go from the warm to the daylight settings and it is very fancy the way the led looks inside. The Kitchen also has a remote controlled ceiling fan, but due to remote and signal issues we decided to put a different kind in there. It has the same remote dimming and fan control as the one in the living room. You can also put a RGB smart bulb in the kitchen, but i don't see much of a point. At least not like the bedroom. We have bought many rolls of tinting material which looks like a mirror to the outside and a tint on the inside if that is what they want. We didn' just want to install it without what the person living in there would prefer, but it is an option at no cost to you. Most people like curtains, but I would take the tinting. They can't see you but you can see them.. LOL.. The bathroom is also redone. There is a 6k LED and also a 10 inch cube shower with an 11 inch adjustable handle. I thought it was cool. Put it above your head it its just raining on you. Also in the kitchen we have a dimmable lamp as a wall light with a shade ( we have not installed it yet), but it retracts and folds as you want. As you saw in the pictures, you saw a microwave on top of the stove, We have to get that installed which would not take long. It was originally intended for another unit but it didn't fit, so we decided to put it here. The Microwave is very nice and it is also a vent hood so suck the air with a filter. The faucet is also new, with the main faucet coming out as a spray function. I like the color the nickle. Where the sprayer used to be there is now a matching chrome button that is your garbage disposal. Its convenient right by the Faucet. Parking is in the back, and there is a fee. It is lower than most places around here. Up the street they charge 150 and its not even in the building, they have to walk a block. Street parking is horrible and your in the middle of Los Angeles. However, you have the subway right across the street that can take you anywhere. I took a flight to San Francisco, but took the rail all the way back to the house. Walked about a quarter mile across the park and I was home. That is one of the advantages. The location. You can see downtown high rises Laundry is on site with a coin machine that you put in. Its a one way operation meaning, you can either do a wash or the dryter, but not at the same time. It was wire that way with a switch, so we would minimize the amps load you put on the breaker. We are putting in cameras, in the front there is a 3D cameras and there are two other that are coming. They look like bulbs, but they record in 3D. so in 2d you see a circle. Because it if filming in a cone like fashion. However, as you zoom in close and you move in either direction it becomes 2D and can see various views in 2D. It's wireless system, so I only put 4. I don't trust wireless cameras, and all of my cameras that i have are all POE cameras with a central command machine connected to the server protected by wire-guard server. It is very big for an apartment is Los Angeles. It is on the average bigger than most and the kitchen is very big and the bathroom is also a good size. Comparably, i have seen apartments that go for a little less with no real bedroom a bathroom with no tub, no parking and no central cooling for half the size of our unit. Almost the same price. Little lower, but we are looking for quality tenants. We would rather take less in money and a quality tenant over more money any day of the week. I hope that i will find a quality tenant. That is the philosophy. Good tenants. What does not mean? I don't want to get in legal trouble, so I stop now... Thank You It is a standard 1 year lease form from the Apartment Association. However, this property is Managed by R&R Property Management. So they will do all of the Leasing and take care of all of the things necessary.
