Small dogs ok. Access to a wonderful POA park filled with beautiful oak trees, picnic areas, event center, and access to the lake (swimming etc.). No boat ramp access. Golf - Horseshoe Bay is a top golfing area. The resort offers memberships to their courses (Slickrock, Ram Rock, Apple Rock and Summit ). Blue Lake Golf Course is a nice course that is public w/ memberships available. Gyms / Fitness (Marble Falls) - The Athletic Club, Awaken Women's Fitness, Anytime Fitness Pickleball - Horseshoe Bay has 2 public courts 5 mins. from Condo. No smoking.; Violation grounds for lease termination Small dog ok / no cats 30 day minimum rental / preferable lease term 6 mos. 30 Day notice to vacate. $1800 deposit and $1800 1st months rent collected upon lease.
