I buy and sell land in my own name as a side business. I bought this property last month and I drove up to personally inspect and take these photos. It is really beautiful country out here west of Flagstaff, Arizona. The mailing address of this land is Williams, AZ, but it is more closely situated to Ash Fork, AZ. The main roads out here are grated dirt roads. This particular parcel is near the west end and there is a short Jeep road to get to it. I have a Subaru Outback all-wheel drive and I made it out there just fine, so it's not too rigorous, but I would not try and make it there in a car. The great thing is that to the west of this property is National Forest land so no one will be to the west of you and you have public lands as far as the eye can see. You really feel like you are out in your own world with mountain vistas and scenic views. There are power lines available in the nearby areas but this particular property does not have power, so it is not really a good place to build a permanent structure. This also means that it is far less expensive. The lots with power can go for $5,000 or more in similar size. I see this as a perfect property for someone who wants their own summer or weekend getaway and has a Jeep or Truck and would want to camp under the stars and go ATVing, or ride Mountain Bikes, or Motocross or something like that. Over 2 acres gives you plenty of room to spread out and have multiple campsites. You have unobstructed mountain views to the west and you are rural enough to see lots of stars at night. A great place to kick back with friends and enjoy smores or a few cold ones.
