Since taking ownership in 2016, the barn has been finished with insulation, drywall, electrical, painted and flooring put down. Also opened up the back patio a bit more and installed 16’x16’ patio with pavers. Floors upstairs were old carpet. That was torn up and the old wooden floors were refinished with white wash. Back yard has been fenced in with black chain link and some wooden fence. MUST SEE!
