This is my beautiful home! I purchased it brand new when I was 50 and invested my life into it. They are pretty much getting a hold of what makes them money and applying more and more little rules every year my house is in the haciendas del Norte association and I thank God for that because right outside the association you got the same size properties but with the City dwelling Gremlins embedded. The area is protected by the El Paso sheriff's department in which I must admit they do a pretty good job it does not have snow plows some of the areas are low-lying and are prone to flooding to which the d El Paso appraisal unit turns a blind eye when applying it to taxes. There are no street lights and that in itself keeps the area safe because it keeps the city dwelling Gremlins away since they don’t have a place to hang out the place is walkable just make sure you carry some OC spray or a stick because some of the residents might not have put their dogs on a leash which is very rare and their dogs are probably very human friendly since the residents here are prudent citizens. The cost of trash service is very high on the average of $70 a month then you have a separate water bill through our own Tower then we do not have pipe gas we have propane which for single people is okay but for a family not quite the boiler hot water bill just goes through that propane like nobody’s business.
