The first floor: Kitchen, with new flooring, many new cabinets; separate dining and living rooms; two closets; the bathroom. The second floor: Two bedrooms. Propane heat, hot water and electricity are tenants' responsibility. The annual minimum gross income required to qualify for this apartment is $50,400, which is three times the rent. Walking distance to downtown Ware, which has a range of shops, restaurants and services. Five minute drive to shopping plazas with groceries, restaurants, fast food and other stores. Rent is $1,400 a month. The tenant is also responsible for heat (source is propane,) hot water and electricity. One year lease. First and last month's rent as well as security deposit is due at time of lease signing. (A total of $4,200.) No pets. No smoking or vaping within the unit. Application, which includes income and identity verification and reference check, is required. (If you have a spouse, significant other, or roommate they must be included on the same application.) Showings are only provided to prospective tenants who complete an application and demonstrate that they can afford to pay for the apartment. Emotional Support Animals or service animals need to be disclosed during the application process. And all relevant documents need to be supplied so that status can be verified. Documents showing proof of income and photo ID are required and need to be uploaded for each adult tenant. The units are shown to those applicants who provide relevant income documents including but not limited to - employment paystubs, housing subsidy letter/oucher, Social Security benefits letter, redacted W-2. Both emotional support animals (ESAs) and service animals meet the definition of an assistance animal under the Fair Housing Act. If an individual has a disability-related need for an assistance animal this MUST be disclosed during the application process and supporting documentation from a medical provider who treats the individual is required to verify that they are a person with a disability and have a disability-related need for the animal. This property is available to all persons regardless of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. Owner pays for trash and snow removal, lawn care, and water. Tenant pays for heat, hot water and electricity. First and last month's rent as well as security deposit due upon lease signing; a total of $4,200. No pets.
