Needs to be sold immediately.The house will be sold as is. It needs some repairs. One of the bathrooms has some plumbing problems and I do not use it to keep it from leaking. Some of the inside trim and doors do not match due to renovations that were never completed. The driveway is big which leaves space for several cars and area for the kids to play. Most of the back yard is taken up by the pool but there is still grassy area. Overall this house has great potential for someone who is financially able to keep it up. I would love to stay. It is in a large cul-de-sac, which also helps with privacy. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is an older, well established neighborhood with large yards and grown trees. It is quiet but also close to a newly remodeled HEB, many fast food and other restaurants. Close to the mall.
