We're moving out early and need to fulfill the remainder of our lease, so our apartment is available for 3 months starting February 1st until April 30th, and then the lease would need to be renewed. Central air. *chef's kiss* - South and west exposure, floor-to-ceiling windows that keep the apartment *filled* with light until sundown - Easy access to the Roosevelt red/green/orange lines - A few blocks from a Mariano's, Jewel, and a brisk walk from Whole Foods - Internet, gas, and electric are all included in the total rent price. You should bring your own router though. - So much closet space you won't know what to do with it. - Parking garage in the building (costs extra) - Pets also okay but the building requires extra payment for that so that can be discussed We're asking for $2400/month for the first 3 months, which includes utilities and all that. Regular rent is around $3500/month but we got a bunch of deals that cut down the monthly payment a ton, so when you renew the lease on May 1st those deals may need to be renegotiated with building management to keep the cost closer to the current price.
