So, a 1 car household is important. We will allow 1 cat, no dogs, no exception. Because the owners live on-site and have a territorial small yorkie. Not that we don't love dogs, but we know our dog and it just wouldn't work. The apartment was done over last year. New plank flooring aged gray look, new light gray paint, new trim pant, new granite counters, new stove. VERY efficient heat wise. Forced gas by hot air. cable ready. There is a nice deck overlooking a private nice back yard. the parking is off-street and unit requires approx 13 steps to get up into. (2nd floor). Your neighbor below is a very friendly neighbor and we are on-site as well. It really is a great group of people and neighbors who care for each-other. So no jerks please :) First, last, and security is required $3750.00. A credit score over 680, and proven income of 3x the rent $1250.00 monthly required. We do extensive background and criminal checks. We are in a very nice neighborhood and walking distance to down-town and bike trails.
