This property is located within 3 miles of the historic Poinsett Bridge. I did speak with the SC Room at the Greenville County Library, and they referred me to SC Department of Archives & History, State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). If you are a history buff, this is the place for you! Located within less than an hour to Asheville, Hendersonville, Landrum, Lyman, Greenville, Tryon, Lake Keowee and only six minutes from Hwy 25. This property is in a subdivision which has updated restrictive covenants that they do abide by. Please make sure you review those carefully prior to viewing the property.
