The cottage is extremely comfortable from it's lush beds and jacuzzi rain shower upstairs bathroom to everything you need to enjoy the beach which is just around the corner at the foot of our little shopping district with restaurants, coffee shop, spirit shop and deli. A 5 burner professional dual fuel range with rotisserie and coup de feu is just feature of the kitchen which is equipped with everything a chef could want. The brick patio has two grills, a large propane one and a smaller charcoal one. Snuggle around the chiminea on chilly nights. A kayak and SUP are available for guest use along with an adult tricycle for trips to the nearby Farmer's Market and a beach cruiser. Come enjoy the best of New England beach life an easy train ride from the bright lights of New York City! All utilities, cable, wifi, biweekly maid service and yard service are included. Thermostats are wifi enabled and set to 68 degrees during the fall/winter/spring months. Tenants are not allowed to adjust. The house is completely furnished. You need only bring your clothes, bathing suit and toothbrush! References along with photo ID and list of all occupants is required along with a $50 application fee prior to approval. A thorough background check is run on all prospective tenants. Rate during the off season October through April is $5000/month. May and September are $6000/month. June is $8000/month. July and August are $10,000/month.
