It's about a 15 minute drive into Middlebury and 1 hour to Burlington. The entire home is for rent - there's an uncovered front patio, a covered back porch, a large yard, and private parking. Three bedroom home, with the master bedroom on the ground floor, as well as 1 smaller room that can be used for an office (or technically another bedroom). One full bathroom also on the ground floor. It's pet friendly at our discretion - we will want specific information about pets. We are currently living in the home but it will be unfurnished. We would require a walk through first before signing a lease. Thank you! First month rent and a one-month security deposit it due at signing. 12-month lease - we would love to find long term tenants.
