It includes a large living room, a large kitchen, a dining room, a large porch, a solarium/storage place, a shared garden, a parking space, storage in the garage, two entrances, and two sets of in-building washer and dryer. Water and trash is included. Unfortunately, no pets. The rent would be $2150 per month ($1850 for rent + $300 for parking) per person. Oh, and it's rent controlled if that matters.
