Great apartment with a beautiful park close by and walking distance to all the conveniences you need. There is a fire station around the block with high police presence and a ambulance stationed close by. It’s a very safe neighborhood and all the residents are friendly and are mostly retirees who are very quiet and polite. Nothing is wrong with the unit, everything works exactly how it did when I bought it
