We have a room for rent at the Standard Motel. The Standard Motel is an upstairs motel located in downtown Montebello on Whittier Blvd. It has a total of 16 rooms and we have a policy of only 1 person per room. A brand new twin bed with box spring and frame is provided. There are 2 restrooms and 2 shower rooms that are shared by all the tenants, and there is an on-site manager. The utilities are included in the rent and tenants are allowed to have a mini fridge and microwave. No Pets. Anyone interested must complete our application, provide proof of income, and have a credit score of 650 or higher to qualify. There is no parking available on site and only street parking. We are available for showings, Monday - Friday, from 8:00am -3:00pm.
