Great house in Chisolm schools. Has oversized yard with extra drive and gate on side to store a boat or RV. Cement board trim added to exterior along with new concrete columns and patio overhang in back of house 2 years ago.Central H/A installed 3 years ago. Well pump replaced 3 yrs ago.Attic fan and surround sound. The floors are ceramic throughout (except utility and mas bath but there is extra) Appliances are 4 years old. Producing pecan, peach, and pear trees and blackberry bushes. Won't last long!
