Really good neighbors. It's good for family with kids or for roommates to share. There is a park right behind the townhome. You get all the advantages of SR and avoid the crowd/noise. No smoking, no pets. One month rent taken as deposit. All utility needs to be covered by the renter. Owners responsible for the HOA only.
