We want someone looking to stay long term and is a hard working individual who can provide 3 consecutive pay stubs. Also someone that's CLEAN, RESPECTFUL and PAYS ON TIME (Lateness Will Not Be Tolerated At All). The room comes fully furnished with a personal refrigerator and a balcony. You have to pay first and last weeks rent to move in which is in total $600, and then it's $300 every Friday there after. This is a single person room only no couples, and no pets. Guest are only allowed 2 nights out of one full calendar week and are not under any circumstances to be given a set of keys. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of stay.
