Paid at occupancy is preferred, or over first 3 months is ok. Tenant is responsible for all utilities; Electric, Propane, Water, Garbage, Internet and/or Cable. Tenant responsible to keep porches and patio areas clean. Landlord responsible for all other lawn/exterior grounds upkeep. One (1) small dog less than 40# is allowed.
